Booking Terms (Book if you agree
terms only)
1) Rates calculated on 250km/Day. Cost
by km/day ratio or total km run during a trip which ever is higher will be
charged.
2) Charges for Additional Km or additional hrs shall be payable
directly to driver in Cash.
3) The Kilometers Charged would start from and at our rental office.
4) In case the kilometers' average exceeds, the difference
applicable be paid to the driver at the end of the duty.
5) Parking fees / toll charges shall be charged as per actual and
are to be paid directly by the consumer.
6) Inter state permits & taxes will be charged as actual and are to
be paid directly by the consumer.
7) Services are subject to availability.
8) Tariff is subject to change against increase in fuel price.
9) In case the particular car type is not available after the
booking is made online, you will be given the option of changing the
car category. The difference in the charges will have to be settled
before the date of duty.
10) Any cancellation or amendments in the booking has to be done 48
hours prior to the day of duty. In case of cancellation, charge for
the first day will be billed. In case of no show, a charge of 30% of
the total amount or charge for the day one of the duty, whichever of
the two is higher, will be retained.
11) Charges for day one are calculated as follows,
- outstation duty- minimum outstation kilometers and driver
allowance for one day from the pickup city.
- local trip – cost of the entire local trip as scheduled for that
day.
12) Service tax 4.98% shall be charged extra. .
